We see this reflected in sales, who aren't instructed in any of the animation process and therefore pitch whatever will bring in more sales, which haven't been going well anyway since the clients are either too small to matter in the big picture or ultimately don't want to work with ideaMACHINE again because the given infrastructure will not result in customer satisfaction. The production team has job titles as broad as "animator" or "lead artist," which leads to everyone under the title of director doing the same exact work, which includes everything from motion graphics to storyboarding to audio editing. This leads to the daily mismanagement of resources and time.
