Power imbalance This company systematically sets up its employees to fail. Training is unavailable through management. Employees are forced to train from their peers, and if any wrongful or outdated methods are learned and applied, the employees are penalized, and management takes no responsibility for the lack of training. New and important client directives or information is simply streamlined through vague emails, of which again, employees are penalized for if they fail to understand or follow. The work is endless and stressful, but there is no visible appreciation towards employees from upper management. The supervisors are rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. Team morale is emphasized but not actually practiced or exemplified by upper management. It is clear that the firm solely cares about making money and meeting its client demands. It is general understanding that a business should care about its clientele and profit margins, but this firm maintains an unhealthy focus between its clients and employees. The employees are heavily micromanaged, underpaid for the amount of work done, and underappreciated. Please stop focusing so much on employee statistics and actually take the time to get to know your employees on a personal level. Include employee opinions into the meetings that actually matter. The needs of employees are just as valuable as that of clients. To anyone reading, please do not apply, and do not be tricked by the positive ratings. They could be imposed by the company.
