Constant stress and anxiety. really bad and makes you sad Where do I start... the worst place I have ever worked. The job itself seems like it would be great on paper. However, they take advantage of their nice and wholesome image by completely abusing and taking advantage of their staff. The work load is so stressful and unmanageable, and higher ups don?t care. Managers will bully you for not meeting their rigid deadlines. When you go to HR they will do nothing to help and will gas light you. You are set up for failure. The turnover is insane...that?s why they are always hiring..since everyone is always trying to get out. Most people can only handle a year before they can?t take it anymore. There is no work/life balance. The CEO is also a joke and has zero leadership skills.
