Directionless, Terrible Culture Very unorganized, they have had two rounds approximately 6 months apart where they have let go of 15+ people all from different roles inside the company. Managers continue to get promoted and become VP's of 2 people teams. Favoritism and nepotism reign supreme. Heads of departments with no previous experience of said job title. No value placed on their employees whatsoever, constant turnover and no changes. Company really does have a great product but they have even limited the people who have access to it. Employees are bounced around and undervalued, not paid at the true value of their position.
