Don't make the mistake I did... No direction or training from leadership. At any given moment, no one knows where they stand with the company, what their expectations are, or if they are going to be fired that day. This company doesn't strive to keep their employees. Rather, they prefer to try you out and if things aren't working, they will just cut you. No performance plans, no feedback. You're just gone. Additionally, as a BDM, if you don't bring in retained jobs, don't expect coverage from your recruiting team. You are told to go after big accounts but if you ultimately get them to sign and it's not retained, you will be recruiting for everything yourself. Hopefully you have a strong background in recruiting too! This is a turn and burn company and you will be given a couple months to make it work before you are fired without any notice. Don't let the warm welcome fool you. This company does not care about you!
