Glad to be gone Adequate training is scarce, yet when you ask for help or have questions it was viewed as incompetence. Supervisors proclaim that they are approachable but are not empathetic and only care about results (aggressive verbal and email communication is expected). HR is ultimately just looking out for management. When you get to know some of the seasoned "veterans" very few are actually happy to work there. Overtime is also scarce but you are expected to complete the equivalent of three employees' workloads in a day's work with no help. When I worked there you weren't able to transfer into another department without being in your current position for at least a year, so if you didn't like your environment you'd have to suck it up or leave entirely.
