Horrible Experience Everything, but especially the management. They don't care about their jobs, mission, or employees. Only care about looking good in politics and getting money. Are currently involved in a Fed Investigation. Blamed lower level employees for their mistakes, took credit for things they didn't do to look good. Made lower level employees and unpaid interns do all work while they were on phone with politicians for things unrelated to SWC or MOT. Extremely toxic work environment, most extreme issues being stalking and sexual harassment.
