Poor salary bad management I fully agree with one of the previous reviews. Upper level management does not care one bit about anything but the delivery of the product, this includes the customers. I have been witness to lower management berating customers as inconsequential. Upper level management places individuals in positions only because the person will do the job cheap NOT because they have even 8 hours experience. Upper level management allows employees to make suggestions, then promises them to make changes but it's not to happen. It's only to make the person shut up. If the issue is brought up again, upper level management does what they cab to avoid discussing the issue again.
