Low pay, unreasonable workload, favoritism Most recent reviews hit the nail on the head. HR and management never takes in suggestions. Being micromanaged with unreasonable workload is a huge factor despite suggestions. Other people will be looking at handbags and personal items while working while others are slaved to the desk cause they can't leave because of the workload. This is not normal and unfair. Avoid this place like Covid-19.
