Awful Misleading and Mismanaged Company Upper management is awful! The board is completely detached from the organization. All they care about is looking good and attaching their name to some poor, suffering kids and saying they helped. Major tokening going on. Everyone is encouraged to work insane hours , weekends included, and not take breaks. It's a complete workhorse company so they have a high turnover rate and employees aren't happy. At the end of the day all these rich fat cats want it to make themselves look good by finding the kids with the biggest sob stories and promoting the crap out of it.
