Worst Job Experience I've Ever Had Good Lord where to start...I guess at the top. Management is AWFUL, I mean truly awful. They only care about themselves, not their employees and it shows. All the departments hate each other and the politics at this place are absolutely absurd. So much talking behind people's backs, even more back-stabbing. There's zero structure or direction and sadly it's often the lower level employees who take the grunt of it. Oh and about 99% of the management/CEOs are old white males so that should tell you what you need to know about "diversity."
