DocuVault handled tape backup, disaster recovery, paper shredding, recycling, file storage, and other information management assets. The majority of the company’s assets were later sold to Iron Mountain, though his experience with DocuVault prepared Banbury for his next project.
Bowen Banbury became a shareholder and a member of the board of advisors for SRC Group, dba Evolve: Apparel to Thrive. The company aimed to enhance its clients’ brand images with custom-designed apparel and marketing assets.
Banbury became the president of a private Wholesale Export/Import company in 2012 in Costa Rica. The company was responsible for exporting goods from the U.S. to Central America such as appliances, sporting goods, and camping gear.
During his other ventures, he became a managing member and the CEO of Thunderbird Capital LLC. Thunderbird is an investment and family holding company that manages and owns residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
Finally we get to SmartKyve LLC. He founded his business in late 2013. Serving clients across the North America, SmartKyve offers comprehensive data management services such as records management, digital storage, cloud computing, and secure information destruction. It is known as one of the world’s top information management services due to its secure systems.
Data management, according to Bowen Banbury, is becoming increasingly important for businesses in every industry. It is essential for companies to have a resource like SmartKyve to handle hard and soft data with safeguards in place.
Bowen Banbury has already innovated the information management industry in Colorado, but his work is far from done. In the future, he hopes to grow SmartKyve into a billion dollar public company. This process will require acquiring the top businesses in the info management sector and recruiting the state’s best entrepreneurs to help build the company. Growth is his passion and a company goal.
He has proven himself time and time again as a versatile entrepreneur. The trait applies to his success with SmartKyve. Most information management companies focus on one specific aspect such as digital scanning or information destruction. SmartKyve, however, saw massive potential in offering a multitude of services in order to streamline the entire process for its clients. Known as “cradle to grave” information management, this process is proving to be much more efficient and cost-effective, not to mention eco-friendly.
Bowen Banbury is pursuing the next big thing in data management. It is a company capable of handling the smart data revolution that has already adopted cloud storage and other services that match growing needs from clients.
Though still in its infancy, SmartKyve will soon become one of the state’s top information management companies. This is largely due to its reputation for offering quality service and exceeding its clients’ expectations. These qualities will take the company into new directions as it continues to grow into a nationally acclaimed info storage powerhouse.
