This strategy focused on building data driven demand segmentations for critical skill areas including Cybersecurity, Cloud, Virtualization and Data Analytics / Big Data. Demand segmentation is then used to design and implement recruitment actions to increase candidate pipeline, enhance our "Employer of Choice" reputation within targeted candidate community, and drive higher application/interview/hire measurements.
• Focus on active recruitment of Sr. IT professionals experienced in Security, Virtualization, Cloud Engineer, Big Data, and ERP implementation.
• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from requirement qualification through sourcing strategy, interviews, selection and on boarding.
Jason began his career, and built his recruiting skills in the high volume and highly competitive IT agency environment. As a 10 time presidents club winner he consistently exceeded growth and production goals even in challenging economic times including the .COM best and financial crisis.

After leading large recruiting team with TEKsystems and training dozens of new recruiters Jason successfully transitioned to the corporate recruiting world. He has worked for .com's and Fortune 500 organizations always focused on leading teams recruiting the most in demand skills.
