She is very active in the media, taking to television, radio, newspapers, as well as the Internet to connect with the public. It is vital that the immigrant community and the public in general are informed about the rights of immigrants and support their plight.
She seeks to help undocumented immigrants understand the process of becoming legal residents. She is well versed in the laws and policies regarding visas, permanent residency, citizenship, and deportation. Furthermore, she personally understands where they are coming from because she has been there herself. When a family is struggling to stay together due to the risk of deportation, she works with them to determine how they can remain in the United States and fights on their behalf.

Not only is she fighting for her clients, but also for the future of their family and many more just like them. The changes that are enacted today will impact the lives of immigrants in the future. She has helped countless people already and is committed to continuing her quest.
Based in southern California, Dominguez is the owner of the Law Offices of Jessica Dominguez. While specializing in family immigration law, she offers full lawyer services to her clients.
It has not been without a lot of hard work and dedication that Jessica Dominguez has achieved as much as she has in her life and career. She came to the United States from Peru in search of better educational opportunities when she was just 14. But what she was faced with were many obstacles. Although she had obtained her high school diploma before leaving Peru, she took high school classes for almost a year after arriving in the United States.
At this point Jessica Dominguez was forced to drop out so that she could work full-time, but she continued to take ESL classes at night. She knew that if she was going to succeed, she needed to learn English. Between taking classes and working multiple jobs, she managed to obtain a firm grasp of the language, never giving up. She continued to refine her knowledge and skills over the years. When she was 18 she got married and promised herself that she would accomplish her goal of returning to school and becoming an attorney.
While raising her children she decided to go back to school and earn her degree. She spent 15 years at home raising her children while obtaining a valuable education. She earned her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University, and then went on to graduate from the University of La Verne College of Law earning her Juris Doctor degree with honors. Through her studies she gained an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the law. She has continued to build on this solid foundation over the years, helping her to more effectively support her clients and advocate for the rights of immigrants.
One factor that sets Jessica Dominguez apart and allows her to better connect with her clients and the public is the fact that she personally understands their struggles. She too immigrated to the United States. She knows first-hand the challenges that people face and how to help them overcome these obstacles. Through her experience and education, she is well versed in the laws and policies surrounding immigration. Her top-notch legal representation and passion for her work have earned her and her team awards from election officials and community agencies.

She intends to keep advocating on behalf of her clients and her own family so that they have a brighter future and access to the resources and benefits that they need.
Through her work Jessica hopes to see her children become successful in their own lives. They have always been by her side, and she has instilled in them the importance of community service and fighting for their rights. Her oldest son plans to follow in her footsteps and pursue a career in law, and her younger son just enrolled in college. Her family celebrated when Governor Jerry Brown signed a law allowing immigrants to become eligible for California driver’s licenses. It is a step in the right direction for immigrant rights, and she will continue to take a stand on other issues as well.
Dominguez is thankful for the opportunities that she has had since coming to the United States and wants to ensure that others have these opportunities as well. She has achieved her goal of becoming a lawyer and is helping others on the path to achieving their dreams. She has never given up and has always fought for what she believes in.
