By far the worst “leader” I’ve ever had the extreme displeasure of working with. 100% self-centered, has no value for people, no respect of work/life boundaries, unrealistic expectations and is completely disingenuous. If you want to work every second of your life-including around the clock email with an expectation of immediate responce regardless of the time of day, extreme email volume, vacation or even family emergencies-then Connie is the boss for you! You won’t be hard pressed to get real feedback from those she’s abused-just inquire with DG or Target employees and you’ll get an earful. Due diligence will pay off. Don’t walk; run!
