Salkowski overcame a life-threatening experience on the job as a police officer to continue his work in public service, eventually leaving to become a self-made success in real-estate brokerage.
Salkowski is a father of one, an author of three books, an entrepreneur, and a highly successful real estate broker. His true passion is speaking. He speaks on topics including leadership, inspiration, motivation, success, overcoming adversity and finding your "why" power to high schools, colleges, youth groups and business organizations. After earning his associate’s degree in criminal justice, Salkowski began his fifteen year career as a police officer. This career was fulfilling for Salkowski, and he found that he loved serving the public. One day on the job, Salkowski was had to make a life-or-death split-second decision. In pursuing a robber, he had to fire his weapon in self defense. Salkowski's life began crumbling after. After being diagnosed with PTSD, he began reading books on self-help for inspiration, and soon realized that he wanted more control over his day-to-day activities in his job, specifically he wanted hours that better suited his family life. So he left this police career for real estate, and he built his own business from the ground up.
He has distinguished himself among the top 1% of Realtors in the nation and Philadelphia Magazine for client satisfaction. He has been featured in Philadelphia Magazine as the area's top expert in Real Estate for the past seven years in a row. He is the author of three books, including the best selling Leadership In The Line of Duty, and SOLD: Listing to Closing, The Ultimate Home Sellers Guide, coming out summer 2017.
Salkowski works to further innovate his already state-of-the-art technology and up-to-date marketing techniques that help him cement his signature guarantee in real estate – "Your Home Sold in 45 Days or We’ll Sell It For Free". His business approach is to help others succeed, which supports his goal to constantly grow in his leadership skills. Salkowski will continue writing, focusing, again, in leadership. He will continue writing in his blogs and grow in his public speaking. He is incredibly driven and will follow these desires and goals into the future.
