Upon graduating from Massasoit Community college, Brian started his first company in 1984 when he was just 21 years old–O’Neill Lawn Service in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. His other companies include New England Turf-Tech, which offered lawn and landscaping services, and B.J.O. Courier Service, which delivered lost luggage for major airlines out of Boston’s Logan Airport.
In 1998, Brian O'Neill moved to Venice, Florida, where he met his wife. Brian and Sol were married in 2002, and three years later they founded HouseMaids, a full-service house cleaning company which, to this day, serves Sarasota, lakewood Ranch, Longboat Key, Bird Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, The Oaks, Palmer Ranch, and Bradenton.
