Natalie Ruffatto is an executive brand manager with McGraw-Hill Education.
As the executive brand manager for the Health Professions team, Natalie Ruffatto leads vendor partnership initiatives relating to electronic health records and practice management. She manages the digital and print project initiatives relating to health professions education. Natalie has extensive product development experience relating to higher education curricula.
After graduating with her Master's degree in Leadership Studies from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, Natalie Ruffatto joined McGraw-Hill Higher Education in 2001 where she has held roles in editing, design, and production, editorial development, and most recently acquisitions and brand management.
Prior to working at McGraw-Hill Higher Education, Natalie Ruffatto was a lead customer support representative at IBM Corporation where she managed high-level customer disputes, accounts receivable resolutions related to leased equipment and services agreements, and point-of-sale asset management. At IBM, Natalie Ruffatto was the recipient of the prestigious IBM Means Service Award given annually for outstanding business results and customer service.
Natalie also has been an adjunct instructor at both Joliet Junior College and Lewis University, teaching both developmental writing and communications. Her teaching experience was what inspired her towards a life-long love of learning.
Natalie Ruffatto is excited to push the limits of educational solutions for higher education or in a corporate training environment.
