Sipper acted as Senior Vice President of Marketing at the Ultimate Juice Co. (A Division of North Castle Partners) which owned brands like Naked Juice, Zeigler’s Apple Cider, etc. from February 2001 to August 2002. At Ultimate Juice, he was responsible for national and regional marketing for this $200 million super premium refrigerated juice company.
Naked Juice was recently sold to Pepsico.
Prior to serving at Ultimate Juice, Sipper was President and Chief Operating Officer of Tear of the Clouds, a White Plains, NY based philanthropic consumer products company founded by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. While serving in this capacity from September 1999 to February 2001, Sipper was responsible for all aspects of the foundation.
Prior to Tear of the Clouds, Sipper was Vice President of Fresh Samantha Smoothies, the first refrigerated smoothie company on the east coast. After expanding the brands footprint throughout

Sipper has been recently featured on several episodes of the TV Food Network’s Unwrapped and a PBS documentary The Water Wars. He has been a guest speaker at Columbia University School of Business, and has given many speeches including addresses at the 3rd Annual Bottled Water Congress in Torino, Italy, the Pan Arab Congress on Osteoporosis in Tunisia, Natural Products Expo East (Baltimore), Natural Products Expo Asia (Hong Kong), Innobev US (New York) and others.
