W.J. Deutsch and Sons distributes wine throughout the US that it imports from privately owned vineyards in Australia, France, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, and Spain. The company is noted for importing [yellow tail] wine, made by Australia's Casella Estates. It is considered to be one of the best-selling labels imported into the US. It is also co-owner and exclusive importer of Spain's Diego Samora wines. W.J. Deutsch also offers US-made wines, mainly from California. Due to steady growth, in 2008 the company restructured itself into two sales zones, eastern and western. Family-owned and operated, W.J. Deutsch was founded in 1981.
