Darwinbox is a cloud-based platform that takes care of all HR functions across an employee's life cycle from hire to retire- recruitment, onboarding, leaves, attendance, payroll, employee engagement, talent management, learning management, people analytics and separation. Darwinbox was co-founded by Jayant Paleti, Rohit Chennamaneni and Chaitanya Peddi. The founders are alumnus of IIT, IIM and XLRI and prior to Darwinbox they worked at Google, McKinsey, EY, Deloitte and Verizon. Darwinbox was adjudged the coolest company by Business Today in 2017. Mission: Company's powerful, new age enterprise product is built with a clear focus on intuitiveness, automation, simplification, scalability and end-to-end integration of HR processes. The objective is to make HRMS a system of intelligence rather than just a system of information for a company.
