Our Services Groups provides affordable, quality outpatient treatment for opiate addiction using two of the most powerful tools for recovery: group therapy and medication-assisted treatment using buprenorphine. Our approach is distinctive for its (1) use of evidence-based practices and (2) ability to scale access to treatment by addressing the current supply constraint affecting most communities. Groups is committed to providing evidence-based treatment that brings the best medical science to bear on opiate addiction. We use protocol-driven patient management and our group therapy curriculum uses evidence-based practices endorsed by SAMHSA. Using an electronic medical record, we measure a set of clinical outcomes in real time?including 1 and 6 month retention?to drive continuous improvement and program development. Our focus on evidence-based practices means we evolve our model and provide patients with care rooted in the best research and clinical knowledge available.
