Advanced Care Partners (ACP) is the premiere provider of private duty nursing services for adults and children, who are medically fragile. Throughout Georgia and Florida, we work in a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center (PPEC), school systems, and in patients’ homes. When we opened our doors 10 years ago, we set out to revolutionize the home care field, and now we execute this by exuding clinical and operational excellence through the characteristics of our mascot, the Emperor Penguin, by being committed, caring, and vigilant.
