In 1997, the firm expanded its menu of services, adding third party administration and daily valuation features for unbundled plans. In 2009 PenServ Plan Services, Inc. (?PenServ?) was formed with new recordkeeping and plan administration programs that included voice response systems, participant Internet access, electronic trading, and participant communication / enrollment services. PenServ currently administers more than 1,500 defined contribution plans in 36 states.
