Georgia Crown Distributing wears its royal headgear proudly. The family-owned and -operated company offers a full range of domestic and imported libations, including beer, wine, champagne, liquor, bottled water, juices, and soft drinks to beverage retailers throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. The firm's Melwood Springs division focuses on home and office water sales and provides Melwood Springs, Poland Springs, and Deer Park brands. Third-generation CEO Donald Leebern Jr. and fourth-generation president Don Leebern III are the current crop of Leeberns to own and manage Georgia Crown. It was founded by Fate Leebern as Columbus Wine Company Distributors in 1938, the same year Georgia repealed prohibition.
