Founded in 1986 by Michael Strauss, Vanguard Construction & Development Co. Inc. is a 70 person strong General Construction and Construction Management firm building commercial, institutional, hospitality, residential, retail, and out-of-the-ground projects. ?For thirty years, Vanguard has built projects in the New York City/Metropolitan area.
