Company Profile

Our history began in 1985, when Partnerships With Industry (PWI) was one of the first organizations in California to offer its clients the choice of ?supported employment? opportunities out in the community. This program was developed to help individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities become self-sufficient and self-confident members of the San Diego County community. Since our first decade, PWI has opened offices in Central, South Bay and East County San Diego. Helping over 1,000 individuals annually, PWI works with businesses such as QUALCOMM, UC San Diego, Home Depot, Sea World, Hoehn Mercedes, San Diego Zoo, City of Coronado and Legoland. PWI continues to grow and develop our programs and services into new areas. We are a very employee focused company and feel that our staff are our most valuable asset. It is a very exciting time at PWI because we are consistently evolving to stay up to date with changing regulations, technology, innovation and culture. Mission: Our Mission is successfully creating win-win partnerships between San Diego County businesses and adults with disabilities who want to work. Our core values are positivity, engagement and creativity. We like to have fun at work, and ensure that we are always being creative in the ways we help our clients achieve their unique dreams!
