The company maintains some 3,000 commercial swimming facilities and more than 7,000 residential pools. Besides its management and field teams, American Pool Enterprises employs over 7,000 lifeguards each season. Other services include repair and renovation, and custom maintenance solutions. It operates through its more than 20 branches in the Eastern US, Texas, Nevada, California, and Canada. American Pool was founded in 1984 and is a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation.
