Milk Specialties Company (or MSC for short) is not some miscellaneous company if you're are an animal. It manufactures animal feed and veterinary pharmaceuticals. Operating through three divisions, the company develops and markets milk replacers for domestic and exotic livestock, nutritional supplements and drugs for cows, pigs, horses, and chickens, and high-performance dog food. Operating four manufacturing plants, its branded and private-label products are distributed internationally. The State of Wisconsin Investment Board owns a majority interest in Milk Specialties.
