LTM provides logistics consulting, technology system engineering, and information technology services, primarily for government agencies but also for commercial enterprises. The company's logistics services include supply chain management and the arrangement of distribution and transportation. LTM's customers have included several components of the US Department of Defense, as well as the US Department of Homeland Security and state government entities. Company president David Baldwin, a retired Marine aviator, founded LTM in 1994. The company, which owns more than a dozen offices across the US, is owned by its employees.
