For 40 years, the not-for-profit CDC Small Business Finance has been providing capital to small businesses, with a focus on enterprises owned by women, veterans, and minorities in low- to moderate-income areas in California, Nevada, and Arizona. The company is partnered with more than 100 lenders such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo to provide fixed-rate SBA-504 loans, general business loans, and bridge loans to start a business or to purchase commercial real estate and office and industrial buildings. CDC also believes very strongly in advocating for small businesses by being involved in government policy making.
