GOFRUGAL does not believe in anonymous feedback. Courage, Openness, Transparency, Honesty, and most importantly the ownership mindset to get any problem, challenge or opportunity for improvement implemented is a virtue that is celebrated. Business success is all about time and timing. Timely feedback received on time accelerates the continuous improvements. We believe every company is a work in progress and we deeply care for our people, their happiness, career, and feedback. We want to appreciate the feedback in its entire context so that we can take the right corrective action, depending on the importance and urgency of the feedback. This has always been the conviction of our founder, Kumar Vembu. Based on our experience, we have come to the conclusion that Glassdoor's fraudulent content check did not detect what we believe, based on our comprehensive investigation, to be fraudulent content. We have conviction and belief in what we do and we believe the attention to anonymous feedback is a distraction in our focus and a waste of our time and effort. We are convinced anonymous feedback deserves no attention in a professional environment. We believe anonymous feedback is against fundamental professional ethics and promotes wrong, destructive culture. If someone does not believe in their own views and does not have the courage to speak up, such feedback is a waste of management time and energy. Due to the above reasons, we have decided to boycott Glassdoor.
