Established in Philadelphia, PA in 1991, Fundamental Labor Strategies®, Inc. (FLS) is a transportation consulting firm that provides outsourced commercial truck drivers and DOT compliance solutions. We work closely with our clients and drivers to address and solve their basic motor carrier and driver issues. With FLS, you can expect a company that is pioneering, straightforward, and experienced. Mission: Currently, we operate along the Atlantic coast from Boston to Richmond, VA and into Western Pennsylvania offering extra, replacement, and fully outsourced commercial truck drivers that are in strict compliance with the safety regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We carefully match our driver's skills, experiences, and preferences with our client's driving jobs and provide our drivers with support and guidance throughout their careers.
