Young’s Pubs

Given that it's been brewing beer at the Ram Brewery since the 16th century, Young & Co.'s Brewery is anything but young. The company produces about 20 different Young's-brand beers (including Bitter, Triple "A", Waggle Dance, and Special), as well as wine and spirits. The company owns more than 200 pubs and hotels throughout the UK. Brewing contracts with major brewers have allowed Young's Brewery to drive down costs and obtain high-profile lager brands for its retail outlets. The Young family, which has run the company for more than 170 years, controls more than half of the company's voting shares.
