Sennheiser Communications is a joint venture between Sennheiser and the Danish company William Demant Group. Sennheiser has factories in Germany, Ireland, and the US, and research and development offices in the US and Singapore. The company was founded in 1945 by Dr. Fritz Sennheiser to make tube voltmeters.
