Platt Electric

Platt is a family-owned operation that is wired for electricity. The supplier distributes products to customers in electrical construction, commercial, industrials, utility, digital surveillance, and datacom. It stocks a mix of control and automation products, datacom, surveillance, hardware and fasteners, heaters and fans, lighting, pipe and pipe fittings, power distribution, tools, wire, and wiring devices. Solar power has spurred a lineup of photovoltaic supplies, too. Isadore and Morrie Platt founded Platt Electric in 1953. It is run by their sons, Chairman Harvey Platt and CEO Jay Platt. Platt Electric has expanded to a network of branches that service six western states from over 99 locations.
