In addition to FELIX Trattoria in Venice, Gusto 54’s restaurants in Toronto also include: Trattoria Nervosa, Gusto 101, Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen, Gusto 501 and Gusto 54 Catering. Janet has also partnered with Jeff & Nuit Regular in creating Pai Northern Thai Kitchen, Kiin, and Same Same. Newest to the Gusto 54 roster is Azhar Kitchen & Bar, a concept in partnership with Chef Stuart Cameron on Toronto's Ossington Strip. In 2021, Gusto Green is set to open in Downtown Los Angeles’ Jewellery District.
