Ecumen is one of the nation’s top 25 largest nonprofit providers of housing and services for older adults. Based in Shoreview, Minn., we operate in more than 40 communities in eight states — Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Idaho, Ohio, Indiana and Tennessee. We also provide a variety of senior housing options and services, including independent living, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care communities, as well as at-home and community-based services such as home care and hospice.
