We grew out of the North Carolina Home Builders Association and continue to maintain strong partnerships with many industry associations. Builders Mutual is one of the few carriers that offers a dividend to its policyholders. Since our start in 1984, we are proud to have returned more than $60 million in dividends to our policyholders. We offer free safety programs and education to help policyholders reduce losses and qualify for dividends.
