Cherokee County School District

Cherokee County School District is one of the 10 largest public school systems in Georgia, located northwest of Atlanta. Annually a top performer in the state, the district is comprised of 40 schools (23 K-5 elementary, 7 middle schools, 6 high schools and 4 centers/programs). The District is led by a seven-member elected School Board, which appoints a Superintendent.
