Better Community Living

Established in 1988, Better Community Living is a premier human service provider where families have a voice, and individuals choose to be a part of our living and working community. BCL serves the Greater New Bedford Area providing more than just living spaces and day habilitation for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. With over 25 years of experience, we provide these individuals with the support to become productive members of the community while establishing empowering friendships. Adults and children in our programs will receive the kindest care with a variety of services, including but not limited to individual and family support, employment, residential programs, active day habilitation, and shared living. Mission: Better Community Living is dedicated to supporting and serving individuals with developmental disabilities in the Greater New Bedford Area as they strive to develop relationships and greater independence in the community.
