Avesta Housing is a nonprofit affordable housing provider with 45 years of experience as a leader in affordable housing development and property management in southern Maine and New Hampshire. We are headquartered in Portland, Maine and currently have 100 properties, more than 2,700 apartments, and two assisted-living facilities in our portfolio. We are a growing company with over 270 employees in a wide variety of roles including: property managers, resident service coordinators, maintenance, accounting, property development, marketing, human resources, nursing, office work, and social workers to name a few!
