Cleveland Construction, Inc. (CCI) has ventured beyond Cleveland to offer its services nationwide and abroad. The company offers construction management services for commercial and institutional projects. It also is a top interior contractor in the US, installing finishes such as drywall, acoustic wall panels and specialty ceilings. Projects have included hospitals, universities, correctional facilities, hotels, convention centers, sports complexes, retail outlets, and government buildings such as the Ohio State Stadium, the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, and Wal-Mart superstores in Florida. Founded in 1980 by CEO Richard Small and his sons, the company remains family-owned.
