Westervelt has taken the helm as leader of the Ryan Network, after serving as the New York State Department of Health's Deputy Commissioner of the Office of Primary Care and Health Systems Management, and with three decades of public service achievement in public health. Ms. Westervelt is well-familiar with the Ryan Network, as she previously served as the Executive Director of its Ryan/Chelsea-Clinton affiliate site from 2004 to 2011, where she made great strides in improving the quality of services and strengthening community involvement. Mission: Providing comprehensive and affordable healthcare since 1967, the Ryan Health's long, much-admired mission and caring culture was founded upon former Congressman William F.
