Avance Care

Avance Care is a primary care practice treating adults, teens, and pediatrics. Avance Care is nationally recognized as a Patient Centered Medical Home. Our board certified Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners focus on patient-centered care including open scheduling, expanded hours and appropriate use of health information systems. We aim to change the way primary care is delivered and improve quality of care while lowering costs by increasing access to more efficient, coordinated care. Our staff provides acute care, preventive care, and chronic disease management with same day appointments. Currently, Avance Care has multiple clinics located throughout the Triangle area. Our clinics are open 72 hours a week with weekdays from 7:30 am to 7 pm and weekends from 9 am to 3pm.
