Potential Inc. is a non-profit organization that was started in 2006. The founder worked in many different areas of the mental health and special education sectors and was unhappy with the quality of intervention provided. Potential Inc. was born to provide high quality services to those individuals and over time became specialized to the autism community. Potential grew from nothing to a budget of over $2 million and is continuing to grow. Despite the growth, we have maintained an excellent work environment where not only our clients are respected, but our staff as well. Potential offers a combination Clinic and School environment in over 14,000 sq ft of space. We work with kiddos as young as two and adults up to 57. We care, we practice what we preach in terms of realistic client loads. Employees are encouraged to make suggestions and we are open to new methods and ideas.
