Graystone is academically defined as a “Mortgage Banker,” with headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. The processing, underwriting and funding of loans are completed “in-house." We specialize in residential mortgage lending, with product emphasis on loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), guaranteed by the Veterans Administration (VA), Rural Housing (USDA), Utah Housing, Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). The staff of Graystone work together, combining the expertise derived from their individual specialties and experience into a cohesive, functional unit. In addition to Graystone’s primary staff, we are aligned with experts in the professional real estate industry, the financial community, universities, and recognized experts in a variety of specialties which provides Graystone with technical expertise for effective performances on projects of any size and scope.
