Most advances in home search have been aimed at improving the consumer experience, but real estate agents have largely been left behind with outdated tools that are not client friendly. As a result, clients end up on national portals where they are completely disconnected from their agents and often lured away by competing Realtors who advertise on these sites. What’s worse, agents have no idea which of their clients are searching for homes and what homes they are searching for. We collect hundreds of data points for active listings, which empowers Realtors and their clients to search for homes based on highly desirable, yet traditionally difficult-to-search-for, search criteria such as remodeled kitchens or large backyards. RealScout also provides robust business intelligence tools and email marketing to give Realtors insights into client search behavior.
