Empire Workforce Solutions was founded in March of 2019 by 3 Partners. Adam Kidan, Tony Alanis, and Jamie Diaz wanted to start a company that had a valuable vision. Being in the staffing world for literally decades they set out to form an organization that would differ from all others in the industry. By establish a strong brand that demonstrated strong partnerships, and being an employer of choice, they have quickly grown their company to 12 branches nationally. They have a strong presence in Southern, & Northern CA as well as Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Empire Workforce Solutions is a Commercial Staffing Company that Specializes in Industrial, Clerical, Professional, and Transportation related staffing. We partner with companies that are 3PL, Transportation, manufacturing, logistics, food production, among many others. Our footprint on the West Coast as well as the East Coast allows us to effectively partner with large and Fortune 500 companies to meet their short & long term staffing, Direct Placement, and project based staffing needs.
