How We Work with Passion We intentionally build a team of talented, passionate, and mission-driven colleagues who are dedicated to changing lives for the better. We foster an environment where everyone is heard and everyone is valued, no matter who they are, what their background is, or what their role is here at CJP. We and the many organizations we partner with do a lot. We send kids to summer camp. We help adults of all abilities find meaning in living a Jewish life. We work to combat the root causes of poverty to prevent people from falling into financial crisis. When emergency response is needed, whether it’s after fires in Israel or new immigration policies here at home, we step up and do our part to repair the world.
